PR is not a sleepy island where a lot of deals will be easily found. it takes time, connections, and being creative.

Search youtube for replacing whatever piece is broken, should be able to find a good video in a couple minutes. 

I suggest watching all the Del Walmsley youtube videos.

I sell dozens of properties every year and nobody has ever complained about my photos or video taken with my cell phone.

I know it is hard to find good long term rental deals here, but with some creativity and work, they still exist.

I've been doing research into how to do it and as far as I can tell the process is that I pay off their missed payments and then do creative financing like subject to or owner financing with the owner to get the property.My question is, can I still buy a Pre-Foreclosure by helping the owner to pay off the missed payments and then get the property subject to if there has already been a Notice Of Trustee's Sale?

@Ray Danishyar After watching hours of youtube videos, I have a few ideas and did purchase some programs to help me generate leads, repair cost, deal analysis and so on. 

I was reading that I’ll have to get creative with my financing being that obtaining a traditional loan may not be available to me.
