Question about investing in Pre-Foreclosures
I am considering investing in Pre-Foreclosures because finding cash flowing properties on the market in my area is very hard. I've been doing research into how to do it and as far as I can tell the process is that I pay off their missed payments and then do creative financing like subject to or owner financing with the owner to get the property.
My question is, can I still buy a Pre-Foreclosure by helping the owner to pay off the missed payments and then get the property subject to if there has already been a Notice Of Trustee's Sale?
I don't fully understand the Notice Of Trustee's Sale but it seems like it means that is a notification there will be an auction for property and I want to buy the property after the Notice Of Trustee's Sale has been issued but before the auction date.
