Due to the contacts and references I have made from through my contracting experiences, last year I setup a separate LLC as a general contractor to maintain my license and insurance for the ability to sub  out and manage my vendors and/or day labors contacts when needed.Being as I a younger guy and brand new to the RE investing arena as well as having freed up my time from my previous contracting business, I am considering getting my NJ real estate license.

I am looking to connect with vendors and investor nationwide.

New gets delivered and the old taken by the vendor.

They have monthly meetings in the Orlando area where you can meet other local investors and real estate related vendors. 

They often have a list of trusted vendors that they use for maintenance and cleaning services.

DYI work and worked with local vendors, contractors.

Plus, you could even become a vendor and get new business for your carpet cleaning business.

While these tours may seem unnecessary from an outsider’s perspective, the relationships with other agents and vendors is a significant value to the agent’s Buyer or Seller.

I have many laying the same amounts... is anything to stop someone from giving this information over the phone to a vendor to pay for something?
