Beech Mountain STR Investment

Michael Elliott
Posted

My wife and I want to get into the STR business. We are building a STR/2nd home in Boone but it will not be ready until Q4 2024. Since we will be going up there often to check out construction, I thought getting a STR in Beech Mountain area would be a great way to start. We are looking at something simple - 2/2 condo.

Anyone willing to share how the market is doing?  Also, any recommendations on handy man and cleaning services?  I would like to talk to some people to familiar myself with the process!!

Thanks

Why is it taking 2 years to build a house?

In California that would be expedited service!

I've seen a 3 bedroom 2 bath house go up in 3 months with a reliable crew.
