@Simone Campbell - Welcome to BP.   If you go and google Joanne Musa, you should find a good start for investing in tax liens and deeds.   State Guide - This link is a good start on a state by state guide.  Remember all states have different laws and rules surrounding rights of redemption, tax lien or deed, etc.   Best of luck and let us know how we can help.
