Is there anyway to search online to see if a power of attorney was legally appointed ?

@Samantha Levien there are many free resources online to teach you about real estate investing regardless of the strategy you plan to use.

The information online I have found hasn’t helped to answer my question.

Adverse action can be sent by email. you could send a hard copy if they don't use email, but how would they apply online without an email address?

If you need help marketing the property online, let me know.

We often give these since we have online home buyers/sellers/builders looking for guidance in a variety of ways. 

When I purchased the property I knew there was a lot of potential to rent this house on a per room basis but the basement was also very unsafe (small windows, no stove, cooking plates improper fire protection etc) but it did come with some nice features such as a tankless on demand water heater (great for having lots of tenants).
