I personally dont know of any marketing company that would do small quantities of letters/postcards (less than 100) so you could either wait until you have a big list, call the people you want to follow up with or get some postcards printed up that you address and send yourself.

Eventually employing the help of courses and coaches to fill in gaps.400 letters is a small run, but if potent can yield a huge return - but it will not be predictable and repeatable usually at such a small quantity.

It takes time but the leads are more quality than quantity and generate a wonderful consistent income for my business.In my experience most blind mailers have a very low ROI (return on investment) because the blind mail lists used are repetitively  and the mail piece (yellow letters & postcards) is unoriginal, blatantly commercial and discarded quickly by the prospect in the shredder .

I think the MUCH more common scenario is the wholesaler who finds a property worth 100k and convinces a less knowledgeable seller that they'll buy it for 55k, while the real plan is to assign the contract for 65k and walk away.Maybe you are one of the tiny minority of wholesalers who really are completely honest and open and can run a successful business at wholesaling at the same time.
