We'll also be insulating the attic, installing ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms and study, and are on the fence about a 15 SEER HVAC over a 14 SEER.I like tenants to feel that we have their needs in mind, want them to feel safe and comfortable in the home, and that they're not paying more than they have to because we chose to save ourselves a few bucks.Any input greatly appreciated!!

I'm not a fan of condos, they're generally harder to sell and the HOA's are probelmatic.

There are 2 fans (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room) being controlled by 1 regular switch.

Ok we will contact a realtor later today or Monday and go from there to get this moving forward.And that makes since, I would rather have the steak too if I were in there shoes!!!
