I would choose an investment focused broker who is Proficient in cost / cash flow analysis models based off of your figures and can provide with a lot of different options.

Beyond that, I agree with Basit on the previous reply, provide some more info and folks can give you targeted advice.

An LLC doesn't provide any advantages tax wise, it is just a liability mitigation tool (consult your attorney!).
