Just became Pro! Looking to invest in the Brevard County, Fl area.

Just wanted to reach out and see how many of you are out there that are in the central Florida area.  I am over on the space coast which is where I am currently striving to learn and find my first deal.  My goal is to flip, flip, hold.  I need some flips in for the experience itself as well as hopefully to grow my initial capital.  Since I am green in my mind even a flip where I break-even would be a win in my book as it will give me invaluable information and experience that I will be able to take into my next deal.  The next step for me is to take that first step.  The most terrifying if them but know that as soon as I get this ball rolling, I do not ever want it to stop.  I am still working on figuring out all the avenues of finding a deal and will plan this week to do some drive-bys and find some homes in which I can write a letter to the owner seeing if any of them are interested in selling their home even if they are not on the market.  Wish me luck.
