Brrrr Investors in MA
Hello Everyone.
Been following along on BiggerPockets for a few years now and have gained tons of knowledge from everyone sharing experiences on here so I appreciate that.
I have some property's I've acquired through house hacking and traditional financing but want to try something that doesn't require a saving for a downpayment for each purchase. I am very interested in the BRRRR method.
I'm looking to connect with folks in MA who have successfully implemented the BRRRR strategy on single family or small multi-family. I'm reading the book now and want to see real world examples around MA so I can learn about what others are doing and gets boots on the ground for the process. I appreciate anyone willing to help! Thank you.
