Guys, Kris Thomas and Jessie Griffin of Land Flipping 101 are FRAUDS and SCAMMERS. I have been in the course 6 months (actually just got kicked out for starting to tell others what I have experienced). I created a FB page and a YOUTUBE channel where I started (have more) receipts to prove they are only out to get your money. They JUST STARTED flipping land themselves in 2021 and now they’re experts? Check their website lucky dog land deals. As of today 12/2/2023 they have 34 TOTAL closed deals. They act like they’ve been doing this forever they are such frauds.

@Kate Brown I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience. Why did you not conduct some diligence on their track record and experience before signing up? Something that stands out to me is how a land flipping course can be taught in the first place. Land is extremely localized with respect to zoning & land use.  There is no way someone can competently offer a course on this subject that can be helpful for people in various locations across the country.
