We started talking about our careers and he told me that he started a real estate business and was helping investors by pooling their money together to create capital for his business and was rehabbing homes and offering a lower rate to prospective buyers. 

If you are very risk adverse, it may pay off prospecting some of those markets.- last note, and that may be hard to swallow, but in my humble opinion, any investor could benefit from running the scenario in their head of having to let an investment go and losing it if times get really tough, as terrible as it may be.

This way it keeps your current investors in the "know" and those that are prospects, you are politely sharing in your copy what they are missing out on.

I currently work for a home improvement company where I meet with prospective buyers, and negotiate & close high ticket deals.I've loaded my office with every REI book I could find, but I have a particular affinity towards wholesaling.

I even had a couple of promising job prospects that I interviewed for.

Now if a new prospective tenant makes contact, you obviously have to be careful to make sure that you don’t create false expectations or agree to something you can’t guarantee.
