Just brought a house, now I want another
Hey guys, I'm a house neo (just closed last Friday) on my primary. I'm already hungry to get another one, move into that and rent out the one I just brought in a year. What do I need to do to make that happen. From what I understand, if I try to buy another house at the end of 2017, the bank will look as if I was paying a mortgage on both homes and I work a regular 9-5 so my Debt to Income ratio won't be able to carry that. HELP!!
