The online AirBnB websites are required to send the city listings of all properties registered on their Website.

Tenants apply online, are screened online, and better yet pay rent online. 

I showed them I wasn't walking into their office asking basic questions, I could find answers online. 

I can't speak for any other attorney, but my docs have been reviewed and approved by that underwriter. 

Short article.TLDR: If an Oakland landlord is fined/penalized due to the condition of a rental property, and appeals it, the folks that issued the fine will no longer be the very same ones reviewing the appeal.
