Hey I am new to BiggerPockets and even newer to real estate investing. Iam closing my first deal on a four unit multi-family in Schenectady New York, just looking for some advice on obtaining tenants, how far to go on a rehab, and really any information and advice from people that are doing it. Thanks guys
