Same for plumbers, I can send them a pic of the water heater installation (usually with the model tag readable) or other pertinent information for the task at hand.

The current owner hasn't put much effort into the park and isn't interested as they live a good distance away and their expertise isn't MHPs.I will take note of the fair housing laws.

In Georgia, you need to be an actively licensed sales person for 3 years to become eligible to be a broker but that doesn't mean you can't take all the necessary courses and exams prior to the 3 years. 3 years happens pretty quickly and the knowledge and expertise you will gain from others will pay off quickly when the time is right to open your own firm.
