I would look at a stove with a glass cook top that is flush with the countertop that would allow more useable surface.

The price difference total between 500 and 1,000 was literally like $40... it was ridiculous.

As they can pay less, supply and demand get affected beyond the norm.These are two important examples of situations that are beyond natural cycles, and would literally kill the economy.

Securing cabinets to the wall is literally screws into the studs - allow 20 minutes per cabinet but it won't take nearly that long.
