Welcome @Scott Walker! I'm situated in south jersey so can't speak to the north but what I will say is many users on BP come upon posts by way of keyword alerts. I literally a couple days ago added "nj" as an alert although I've had "new jersey" as an alert my entire time as a BP member. If you find you're having trouble generating replies, try putting the names of particular towns or counties that you're addressing. In your case, even the difference between putting "Nj" versus "new jersey" could cost you some replies! Perhaps @Doug Beck or @Gary Harris can offer some suggestions as to north jersey REIAs? Good luck!
