Government should put more time and energy into ways to increase the number of homes or apartments that are in line with the incomes of that area.

Even if you do make more money, it may not be worth the additional time, energy, and stress required to make it happen.

If there is some underground oil tank, not easily visible issue he knows about, he most likely will bring them to light (or he risks lying in that disclosure).If you’re not confident in what you see, get a solid home inspector, expect to pay a couple hundred and have them go over it thoroughly.

We did some light renovations on the unit to pretty it up as best we could, marketed it in as many ways I knew how, and listed pretty close to market, maybe slightly below.

I think peoples energy would be much better focused on buying great deals than trying to predict which way the market will turn.

I wouldn’t consider a large MF for less then 3.5% or higher, you just can’t pay to keep the lights on less then that with strong staff and technology.   

I was apart of building my family’s house about a decade ago, though that was sometime I still remember laying rock for the foundation, helping with the plumbing, wiring the outlets and light switches, putting up the Tyvek and putting in the insulation.Please message me if your interested!
