Southeast Texas investors. I will work for free!

Of course nothing is for free, but if there are any house flippers or renovators in the Southeast Texas area who needs another pair of hands in exchange for teaching me what they know, i.e. budgeting, costs, style and renovation.
A little about myself, I am a father of four living just outside of Port Arthur. I just recently moved here from Virginia after serving almost 7 years in the Navy. I know how to follow instructions and pick up on things quick. The goal is to take away the knowledge  from skilled workers such as yourself and use it for future investments. Maybe even form future partnerships!
Some projects I have been apart of;

I just recently helped my father-in-law renovate his patio. We replaced rotted wood and created a steeper slope for his tin patio awning. I was apart of building my family’s house about a decade ago, though that was sometime I still remember laying rock for the foundation, helping with the plumbing, wiring the outlets and light switches, putting up the Tyvek and putting in the insulation.

Please message me if your interested!

I know that this isn’t the best time with social distancing but if we just connect and start talking, we can already be acquainted and ready to get work done!

Thanks for reading everyone, stay safe.
