I've listened to many of the podcasts, read forums, and currently reading a couple of books.Also to note, I'm taking a real estate course and will be a licensed agent at the end of March.

Well, I have advised atleast 5 people in these forums to be careful about foreclosure auctions.

You want as much "experience" under your belt and while you don't have the personal experience, many MANY people have shared their personal experiences in these forums, in books, & other blogs online.

I did not come to this forum to seek advice on how to raise my child.

However, this did awaken my entrepreneurial spirit that my desk job had mostly choked out.Since then, I've joined a local Property Managers Association and CIREIA (Central Indiana Real Estate Association).I've been listening to the BP Podcast for a few weeks now, and am excited to join the forum.

This is all great stuff and exactly why I posted in the forums!

Will confirm once I find out the actual condition.My plan is to move into the unit bringing in the lowest rent for a year and then move on hopefully to another similar property and filling my unit with a new tenant.I wanted to post this on BP because I know there's a lot of people that know more than me and I've met people that are really genuinely trying to help everyone they can in the forums.
