Hello! My name is Alex and I first got interested in real estate at the end of 2017 when I realized I didn't want to drift into the "average" lifestyle I'd seen modeled by most of the people in my life. 

I spent a few months pursuing wholesaling as a 'business,' but realized that building a wholesaling business is NOT what I wanted. I listened to the voices of the gurus saying that wholesaling is the best way to invest in real estate first newbies. However, this did awaken my entrepreneurial spirit that my desk job had mostly choked out.

Since then, I've joined a local Property Managers Association and CIREIA (Central Indiana Real Estate Association).

I've been listening to the BP Podcast for a few weeks now, and am excited to join the forum.
