Would anyone happen to know if a nationwide list exists for companies that provide field inspection services for lenders, or even just taking photos of asset properties for any reason--foreclosure, comps, BPOs, etc.?

It will cost you money, $20k to be exact here.I don't mean to sound harsh but when people who aren't in the field of wholesaling give advice that is detrimental to the success of a deal it strikes me as something that should be pointed out.

I've been considering getting my real estate license just to gain a general knowledge of the field (saving or gaining money for commission on my purchases wouldn't hurt either).I was wondering if anybody has done this?
