Would anyone happen to know if a nationwide list exists for companies that provide field inspection services for lenders, or even just taking photos of asset properties for any reason--foreclosure, comps, BPOs, etc.?

Where in the world can you find so many dedicated people in this field, that are willing to open up their heart and mind to tell you about the RE business.

It will cost you money, $20k to be exact here.I don't mean to sound harsh but when people who aren't in the field of wholesaling give advice that is detrimental to the success of a deal it strikes me as something that should be pointed out.

Also, the $8,000+ would be for learning how to do the actual short sale myself without having to seek assistance from someone specialized in the field.

Actually talking to other positive people in your field does wonders for getting to your goals that much quicker!

She was hoping to find a job in her field of study, but no luck yet.

I have worked doing real property litigation, but that was several years ago and consider myself very new to the real estate field.
