Hello

I'm just getting my feet wet and thought I'd let everyone here know who I am and what led me here.

Most of the last 10 years have been spent developing and monetizing websites. I've had some success but a major flaw in my business model came back to bite me. I won't get into that other than to say I was thrown into the motivated sellers category. This gave me some first hand experience with wholesalers and sparked an interest in REI. My quest for knowledge brought me to BP and quickly became an obsession.

I believe the education I am receiving here is as valuable as any degree from Vanderbilt! I want to thank everyone who has contributed to that! Thank You!

I'm looking to get started wholesaling and build from there. I've written a lot of scripts for web automation and data mining and I'm confident that much of a wholesaler's job can be fully automated. I know I have a lot to learn and I'm prepared to do whatever it takes to succeed in this business. I probably wont post much publicly but I look forward to following the discussions and would love to exchange contact info with anyone working in the Nashville area.
