Hey everyone, I'm an attorney and just passed my real estate broker test in California. I reside in Orange County, CA and have goals of real estate investing (buy and hold) and becoming an agent to gain experience. I have worked doing real property litigation, but that was several years ago and consider myself very new to the real estate field. I hope to network with people in my area. :)
