that's a good idea,, not sure how practical it is though... flippers that are looking for money from a newbie are probably newbies themselves.. so it would be the newbie trying to learn from the newbie :)  and both could lose money and not really learn anything.

I've read a lot about comps but I think I need more practice with it.
