Do you allow these at your rentals? These are the portable, inflatable "houses" that kids can play in in the yard.

Might have them secure it when not in use if others can get to it, like an apt. but at a house in the yard, I see no problem at all. It's not your toy!
They have a right to quiet enjoyment of the property folks. That means use. You can't sit on top of tenants every minute looking for things that could possibly be some liability. It's not your liability!
If it's in the back yard it's fine. You going to tell the kids to pick up all their toys so no one can trip over them? What if the lawn chair collapses? What about tripping over a garden hose? OH MY~~~~!
