Build connections with people that work in all aspects of the business as well as consider working on a direct mailer campaign to owners of multifamily in your market.

I love the community aspect of it the most.

The real estate side is currently my "side hustle" until the company grows to the point I can support myself through the leasing aspect.

But I am very well educated on other aspects of REI.
