Hello, I just want to introduce myself to let everyone know who I am and what I would like to do and hopefully I can find individuals where we can mutually benefit from each other. I am in the military currently stationed overseas at Aviano AB in Italy. I own single family properties in Goldsboro NC where I was stationed prior to this. I am looking for information and opportunities to invest in single or multi family properties in the United States with the goal of doing primarily commercial/ multi family. I am also very interested in short term rentals like Airbnb in major US cities and major European cities such as Charleston, Raleigh, Durham, Atlanta, st.paul/ Minneapolis, Prague, Vienna, Budapest, London, etc. I have funds available to make a purchase or multiple purchases at anytime once I find a good deal. Ideally I would like to meet good property managers, contractors, agents, and wholesalers for the above mentioned type of deals. Thank you for taking the time to read my intro.
