Lots of issues to consider like title insurance, due on sale, comingling of funds, IRS red flags etc. 

I’ve used Goodman twice so far like Pat above and haven’t had any issues so far. 

We use Docusign just like most other brokers in the US to sign contracts, so no issues legally.

Basically you need to get yourself involved and throw yourself into the RE world I'm pretty involved socially with my business I just don't know where to find these "meet-ups" (that seems to be a common phrase) 

This is the biggest issue with cold calling nowadays.

"Just wanted to get your insight as how we can best handle this" ... with the suggestion that THE TWO OF YOU (you and the treasurer) have an issue and will want to work together to resolve it asap.  

As we know there is build time from when permit is issued and build time including the time it takes to get your drawings ready and get building permits. 

I appreciate crime has increased in the areas recently, but I'd like to think the city will eventually address the issue.
