Rental Properties in Brookland, Trinidad, and NoMa

DC BiggerPockets Community,

Any thoughts on rental property investments in Brookland, Trinidad, and NoMa? I appreciate crime has increased in the areas recently, but I'd like to think the city will eventually address the issue.

Thank you,

Rami

I like Noma the best of those 3. Trinidad I'd prefer the south part of the neighborhood so as to be close to H street. Brookland takes a little longer to rent, but tenants stay longer.
