If you really want to spruce it up add flecks of paint in a complimentary color. 

Over the years I've tiled a number of counter tops & my number one tip is to use a darker colored grout.  

In a personal care home a resident is typically expected to be able to dress themselves with minimal assistance, make their own beds, bathe themselves with minimal assistance, etc..

They take buckets of disposed paint, filter them and mix them by color and adjust any of the mixture to make it uniform and then sell them as recycled gallons of paint.

@Rob Bianco an easy way to check the toilet is to add food coloring to the tank when it's full and hasn't been flushed in the last few minutes.
