Basement Flooring

First of all as I am just now getting into the Real Estate game this is my first post....I have bought a home of which I will rent. It currently has some very dated linoleum in the finished basement. After researching I am leaning toward laying down the Traffic Master Allura Ultra plank flooring. But figured I would check here first. When I google the product its not so straight forward as to how much it costs and which one to get etc...my questions are:

Do you agree this is a cheaper long lasting durable flooring that looks good?

Do you have a link of exactly which one to buy?

Is there a better alternative brand to this one?

How much has people paid to have it installed?

thanks
