Brown houses
Is it just me or does a brown exterior detract from the curb appeal of a home? Dark/chocolate brown always suggests old to me, while tan seems to wash out into nothingness. Just wondering if dollar for dollar almost any other relatively normal color is not better for resale on a rehab?
