Water is very damaging to any property.I am unsure what can go wrong with 3-year-old garage wheels, but your PM's handyman should check this out when they are at the property, along with the front door lock.

"Check's in the mail" has always been the biggest scam going.

The insurance company wrote a check to my LLC, which owns the house, less the amount required by the City written on the General and Taxes & Demolition Expenses Form.

If you are opening up for more than 6 months out, be sure to continuously check that your pricing is on market and ensure holiday pricing is accounted for!
