i’m Nish, so far so good. I’m having the darnest time finding a simple handyman. the prices that the contractor gives me is such a rough estimate lol they haven’t even asked me for measurements or whatever. 10k for a click vinyl floor? $4k in materials? it’s cheaper to buy the materials myself & just pay Bobby $500 to lay the floor. Not sure what I got myself into but it’ll be alright. one thing at a time! my tenant is trying her best not to pay the full amount of rent, instead of March i’ll let her start in April. i’m just waiting to see what happens next :) prorate rent sucks btw especially being the owner.
