I think areas like North Royalton, North Olmsted, Broadview Heights, Middleburg Heights, etc will all be better places to do a flip due to the increased price points, better schools and higher income buyer bases.

Now with the city requiring property inspections for all non-owner occupied properties, coupled with poor schools, high taxes and nation leading crime rate, I would go to the Baltimore county to the north and east.

It’s not booming as much as Boise but it does have a 40% owner 60% rental population because of the College Of Southern Idaho, the recently built hospital and 4 brand new schools and the rumors of a large company setting up shop.
