Dear my fellow BPs,

I'm planning to invest in a duplex/multifamily home in Boise, ID market.  I heard that it's a booming market and lots of people flocking to this area. However, I couldn't seem to find good deals in this city. Anybody has any insights in this market?

@Rudy T. Good luck, Rudy. I have a solid team there and they turn stuff up on occasion but that market is sizzling. Existing inventory gets snapped up very quickly and off market deals last about long enough for you to write a check. I’m actually considering buying new SFHs out in Caldwell. CBH is building a development of 3/2s near the Nampa border. Low 200s with rents around 1250.
