I'm looking to learn the Baltimore market to do the BRRRR strategy. From what I've been told I need to look in Canton, Patterson Park, Dundalk, Pigstown and Fells Point. Is there any other areas that should be added to this list? @Ned Carey

@Jeff Johnson No. Without knowing more about you and your particular goals and strategies I don't know what is right for you.  People make money in poor neighborhoods and in expensive neighborhoods.

Also a bad "area" may be only one block of a particular street. I can show you more easily than tell you. You only need to drive the city to see what the good areas are and what the bad areas are.
