Is the business expected to pass out meds for the residents - and are you required to have medical personnel on staff to do so?

I am interested in LTR with a multi-family property that has a total of 4 or more bedrooms or single family home that has at least 3 bedrooms, purchase price between 160K-230K, and does not require a large rehab. 

Most PMCs are required to have a broker's license, so you should probably look for PMCs that will allow an agent to also do buy & sell deals.

In doing this we require less funding for entry.

That being said the tenant is required to notify you in writing 30 days prior. 

According to a Google search in my market landlords are not required to do any of the above.

FF also requires a lot of work on your end to follow up on matched and unmatched leads.
