Do you know of any brokerages that allow agents to serve as both agents and PMs?

I haven’t seen this in my searches, but wanted to ask. Thanks.

You'll generally need to get your own brokerage license. E&O insurance and liability insurance for property management companies cost far more than most agents pay into their brokerages.
