thanks for the advice dave Ive already been talking to cheryl in your office and hoping to find a deal there in toledo but Iam very green so im not she was aware that i would need a tremendous amount of guidance and we havent been able to come up with anything yet but please let me know if you have any properties you think might be a good fit
