Are you looking at property in Columbus, OH or on one of the coasts?  

My wife and I currently rent one side of a duplex in a neighborhood of Columbus, OH that is a little rough but up and coming.

I’m just getting started in real estate, Does anybody know any investors, lenders (hard money or anything else)or real estate agents in the Columbus Ohio area ?

I live in New York and we all know how New York market is so am willing to invest in Ohio Columbus area.

Does anyone have an property management companies they'd recommend in Columbus Ohio?

I live in Columbus, OH where I currently run an Airbnb co-hosting company Tailwind Short Term Rentals, own one triplex in Merion Village, and am a licensed real estate agent at REAFCO.

The main reason I am considering this route is because I live in Columbus Ohio and the property is in Dayton and at the moment I am running it via my trusted management team from Columbus (yes which means for every work order, a maintenance guy drives 3 hrs round trip) I am doing this to not have too much variables during my transition period.

I have narrowed down my options to the markets below:Dayton, Columbus, or Cleveland, OHFayetteville, NCSt.

I currently reside in Hoover / Birmingham, Alabama, but having served in the military at Fort Benning has made Columbus, Georgia a place that my Wife and I both have close ties.
