Hello all, my name is Samuel Minter, novice investor/intermediate landlord, in the startup phases of building a profitable real estate business. I currently reside in Hoover / Birmingham, Alabama, but having served in the military at Fort Benning has made Columbus, Georgia a place that my Wife and I both have close ties. I've learned a lot about real estate on the renovation, maintenance and management side since purchasing my first SFH rental in 2012. Taking on these tasks myself comes natural but I am weak in areas such as networking and marketing and am looking to gain insight from the community in these areas.
