Class B, is affordable and is very recession resistant in the right areas.

Looks like it’s a solid B- or C+ neighborhood that is 48 minutes away from Indianapolis.Some of my concerns are :1) it has a very small population (17k)2) the population is actually shrinking by 0.17-0.3%Do you guys invest in New Castle?
