They know just enough to feel confident and do things without fully understanding what they are doing or asking for help.

Sadly, some people on here (as with any online site), either want to puff up their reputation by answering questions, but don't necessarily have the full information, understand our local markets here, etc.

IN   WA OR CA NV and I THINK AZ  there is no deficiency judgment allowed on a purchase money first loan for owner occ.. so in those states its business as usualI think the more pressing issue is values have come back up and less people are underwater than were before.I understand Texas can be a mother when it comes to chasing deficiancies and something that most folks don't know or understand.

Take all the info you can get, with the understanding there is a very US leaning information base. 

I'd appreciate it if you could help me gauge an understanding via a answering a few questions for me.1) Have you worked with general Contractors help"beautify" a house to fetch a higher asking price.Basic quick rather inexpensive upgrades to add value.

I'm ready to bite the bullet but just don't have any support from family/friends or just don't understand why I want to get into flipping.

I understand that it may not be the most profitable deal, but for my 1st deal I'm looking more to gain experience and walkthrough the entire process.

I know this is hard work, but understand if only getting one strong lead a day can mean wonders for the investor.
