Hello BP members,

My name is Howard and I've been following Biggerpockets for about a year now, mainly through the podcasts. I'm just looking to use BP to learn from and connect with others. I haven't done any real estate deals in the past, but hoping to start in the near future. I welcome any comments or feedback that can help me along the way.
