I did a search on BiggerPockets.com and this forum thread popped-up.BTW, I had a tri-plex under contract earlier this year but that fell through. 

Next question is why would a Lawyer be asking for it and not searching?

I basically found some things during my free court search that made me not approve this applicant.

They are harder to find than just searching the internet and it takes savvy to be able to get them under contract.
