Hi everyone! I am getting ready to retire from my job with the US Army after 30 years. I have only had experience with the first and only home I have ever bought back in 2009. Spent too much time overseas I guess. Anyway it was a foreclosure in Northern Virginia that I got a great deal on. It was a lot of work doing the renovations but it worked out in the end. I realized there is opportunity here especially if you learn how to work smarter. That idea is what has lead me to BP. I see a lot of successful smart people hear and I am anxious to learn.
